The Southwest Washington Special Education Conference and Resource Fair will be held on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 from 9 am to 12 pm at Prairie High School. The conference is designed to provide resources to families of children/young adults with special needs regardless of age (birth – 21) or nature of disability (mild-severe). The conference welcomes parents, grandparents, guardians, young adults, and the professionals that serve students/families with disabilities. We encourage all in the Southwest Washington region to attend, including those in the Portland Metro area, Clark County, and ESD 112.
The conference will provide concurrent sessions/workshops and an exhibit hall. Registration for the conference is now open. The conference is FREE.

WA State teachers – The conference has applied for clock hour approval. Up to 3.0 clock hours may be available (dependent on how many breakout sessions you attend). We will update this status as soon as we receive information.
OR State teachers – A certificate of participation is available at the Clock Hour table.
We are unable to provide CEU’s or credits.

To receive clock hours, sign in at the Clock Hours table when you arrive to receive an attendance form and evaluation. Before you leave the conference, return your completed attendance form and evaluation to the Clock Hour table to receive your signed Clock Hour Verification Form. Process the Clock Hour Verification Form according to your district’s policy. Thank you.
