exhibitors

A huge thank you to the businesses, organizations, and agencies for participating! This year, exhibitor registration is being conducted through an online system. Registration for exhibitors is now open. If you would like to exhibit, register here.  If you have questions and/or require further information about exhibiting for 2015, please contact us!

Exhibitor registration will be open from now until April 3rd, 2015. The registration process will ask for basic contact information, organization information, and participation needs and requirements. While exhibitors may participate for free, the conference committee reserves the right to deny exhibitor registration. The conference does not allow exhibitors/vendors to participate if they do not provide product(s), service, or support to people with disabilities, their families, and/or the professionals that serve them.

The exhibit hall will be open from 9 am – 12 pm on conference day. Exhibitors are expected to check-in by 8:30 am. Exhibitor check in will be located at the exhibit hall entrance.
