Welcome

The Southwest Washington Special Education Conference and Resource Fair will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2013 from 9 am to 5 pm at Prairie High School. The conference is designed to provide resources to families of children/young adults with special needs regardless of age (birth – 21) or nature of disability (mild-severe). The conference welcomes parents, grandparents, guardians, young adults, and the professionals that serve students/families with disabilities. We encourage all in the Southwest Washington region to attend, including those in the Portland Metro area, Clark County, and ESD 112.

The conference will provide concurrent sessions/workshops, a keynote speaker, an exhibit hall, and door prizes. The first 500 registered attendees will receive a conference bag with resources. Registration for the conference is now open. The conference is FREE. Clock hours are available.

Last year, participating in our first conference, we had 75 exhibitors, 50 concurrent sessions, and 250 attendees. Our goal this year is to have 100+ exhibitors, 50 concurrent sessions, and 500 attendees.
